FormLabs Resin Printer

The Digital Media Fab Lab houses a Formlabs Form 1 inverted stereolithography (SLA) 3D printer. SLA printing is a process in which a photosensitive liquid resin is cured into a solid material by exposure to laser light. This printer is ideal for high resolution and high tolerance models, fine detail, texture, and originals that will be molded and cast into another material.
